Impeccable Leadership Practitioner
The Impeccable Leadership (ILS) practitioner is a leadership development trajectory in which we train you to work with the ILS philosophy yourself as a consultant, facilitator, or coach. In a period of approximately 8 months, you’ll learn how to optimally support both an organization, team, and individual in development processes, increasing work happiness and improving results. The training is strongly focused on developing emotional and social intelligent behavior at a strategic, tactical, and/or operational level. During the training, you’ll pay attention to:
Your inner journey as a foundation;
Recognizing and igniting potential within a team and organization;
Guiding transformation processes;
Your own personal and professional development and experiences;
Practicing with your own case studies;
Supporting influence and individual impact;
Promoting collaboration and creativity;
Developing ‘In Company’ and personal (training) programs.
Essentially, in this course, you’ll learn what it takes to inspire and lead others in a process of goal realization. You’ll learn to support an organization, team, and individual to break certain ineffective patterns on the one hand and to grow on the other hand, to also take responsibility at both content and relational levels.
