Introduction

You are about to gain insight into certain aspects that are determanative for the impact that your team has on its surroundings and on the team itself. The result is a first impression. Naturally it takes more information to create the complete image. Simultaniously this is a chance to see where the team could bring more focus to enlarge your impact. And initiate change!!

Instruction

  • We ask you to answer five questions.
  • Take a moment to consider a specific situation that you want to keep in mind.
  • You can rate them from 1 to 10.
  • Ten being a high (positive) score and one being a low (less positive) score.
  • Question 2 includes two questions: 2a and 2b. The total of the score must add up to 10 (for example; 2a is rated 6, 2b is rated 4).
  • The answers that you fill out are based on your perception, therefore give an impression and are not the absolute reproduction of a situation.
